Requirements
- Experience as a technical lead or IT lead for at least 1 year.
- At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst.
- Experience in designing and describing integration interactions, platform solutions, services, and microservices from scratch.
- Practical knowledge of data exchange principles through queues and message brokers.
- Effective communication skills with business customers, development teams, and architects.
- Successful experience in building and optimizing production processes in Agile teams.
- Experience in analyzing customer requirements and describing processes.
- Ability to clearly set tasks for developers (writing technical specifications, task decomposition).
- Knowledge of REST/Web services principles, message queues (RabbitMQ), XML/JSON.
- Understanding of relational DBMS construction principles, experience in designing a logical data model.
- Experience working in a scrum team.
- Experience using AI in work.
- Knowledge of BPMN/UML (preferable).
- Knowledge of investment company processes is an advantage.
