Responsibilities
- Act as the righthand to the Senior Director of Product and lead, coach, and mentor junior product managers. - Own a product area and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. - Oversee product and market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap development. - Support Sales and Marketing teams in pre-sales initiatives and content creation. - Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product/technical management experience in high-volume sectors like InsurTech/FinTech. - Strong technical background with experience in platform or enterprise SaaS models. - Bachelor's degree in technology or related field. - Experience with Cloud Native, Modern Tech Stacks, and Customer/Sales Channel facing products. - Advanced level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
