Looking for a charismatic host for an international digital project to create engaging YouTube content, including reviews, news, interviews, and entertainment videos for the CIS and Central Asia audience.
Responsibilities
• Participate in filming YouTube videos based on prepared scripts;
• Voice and present content on camera;
• Independently edit videos focusing on retention and dynamics;
• Release 1-2 full videos per week;
• Create Shorts and vertical videos based on main content;
• Engage the audience and understand viewer retention principles.
Requirements
• Fluent in one of the following languages: Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, or Azerbaijani;
• Proficient in Russian for team communication;
• Comfortable on camera;
• Charismatic and energetic presentation style;
• Basic editing skills;
• Experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, or Shorts;
• Own filming equipment (camera, microphone, etc.).
