Legal Counsel

Nota Group is an international fintech group: private banking, neo-banking, and financial infrastructure for international settlements, FX, and cross-border payments.

### Responsibilities - Ensure legal onboarding of the company with banks and payment systems (from application to account opening) - Prepare and update documentation for bank due diligence (corporate kit, licenses, UBO, business model description, policies) - Negotiate and correspond with banks and payment providers, promptly address their requests - Analyze and agree on contracts with financial suppliers - Maintain existing banking relationships: update documentation, respond to reviews - Control compliance of activities with licenses and regulatory requirements - Build and update client contracts (Terms of Service, User Agreements) according to business model and licensing frameworks

### Requirements - Higher legal education - At least 1 year of experience in a regulated financial company: EMI (Europe), MSB (Canada/USA), or another licensed organization - Real experience onboarding a financial company with banks/payment providers: documents, due diligence, negotiations, account opening - Understanding of regulatory frameworks of licenses and product limitations - Experience in preparing and managing contracts with clients of financial companies #### Will be a plus: - Experience in client onboarding (CDD/EDD, verification, decision-making on clients) - Work with KYC/KYB tools (Sumsub, Veriff, and analogs) - Interaction with regulators (FINTRAC, FinCEN, etc.) - Experience working with multiple jurisdictions simultaneously
