- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts (e.g., SaaS, marketing partnerships, market maker agreements, and liquidity provider layouts). - Act as the primary legal partner for product and engineering teams, ensuring new features launch with solid terms of service and minimal user friction.

- Qualified lawyer. - Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally with a mix of top-tier law firm training and in-house experience. - Strong background in FinTech, Web3, or crypto exchanges. - Deep understanding of crypto, high risk-tolerance for ambiguity, creative drafting, and the ability to explain complex legal risks to non-lawyers in plain English. - Hands on at work and can be independent in managing complex projects whilst still working as part of a team. - Great communication skills in both English and Chinese. - Familiar with crypto use cases.
