Legal Counsel - Prediction and Capital Markets

- Handle legal and regulatory matters for Crypto.com’s CFTC and SEC registered businesses in the US. - Expertise in CFTC, NFA, SEC, and FINRA Rules and Regulations. - Focus on legal matters involving prediction markets, derivatives, tokenized securities, and securities products. - Assist business units with contract terms, negotiations, and legal support. - Draft, review, and update policies/procedures and terms related to trading. - Represent Crypto.com with regulators and financial partners. - Review marketing and sales literature for compliance. - Work with external counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws.

- Qualified/licensed lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in financial product legal and regulatory work. - Excellent knowledge of US financial laws and regulatory structures. - Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational/project management skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with business teams and management. - Willingness to accommodate calls and meetings across time zones. - Problem identification and solution proposal skills.
