Legal Counsel (Regulatory & Licensing)

• Lead and project-manage applications for VASP, MiCA, MSB, and other regional financial licenses globally. • Monitor, analyze, and brief the executive team on shifting global crypto regulations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, FCA, MAS developments). • Partner closely with the Compliance team to translate regulatory requirements into concrete operational policies and audit-ready workflows.

• Qualified lawyer. • Experience: At least 3 years of experience specializing in financial regulation. • Deep knowledge of crypto regulatory frameworks, traditional fintech structures, or payment service laws. • Exceptional relationship-building skills for interacting with regulators, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management. • Hands on at work and can be independent in managing complex projects whilst still working as part of a team. • Great communication skills in both English and Chinese. • Familiar with crypto use cases.
