Job description
Warehouse Facility Management is an important and integral support function for our logistics center in Gießen and is looking for a Warehouse Facility Manager (all genders) for the further development and assurance of technical and infrastructural operations.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Lead your team consisting of facility managers, technicians, and back-office staff. - Be the main contact for external building service providers. - Responsible for planned and corrective maintenance and technical review of all building technology. - Ensure smooth operational building operations and be a 'Power User' of the CAFM system, building management technology (GLT), and energy management system (EMS). - Propose and implement optimization measures and document all services, especially inspection services. - Responsible for root cause analysis, resolution of system failures, budget control, and operating costs.
Requirements
### Requirements - University degree or completed training as a master or technician in electrical engineering, TGA, supply technology, or a comparable technical education with approximately 7 years of professional experience. - Advanced knowledge and extensive experience in leading employees. - Experience with normative/legal requirements for building technology and occupational safety. - Strong stakeholder management skills and relevant experience as a contact for technical facility management service providers. - Analytical approach and systematically structured working method.
