### Key Responsibilities - Execute operational models across EU MiCAR and other Payward/Kraken Legal Entities. - Drive end-to-end execution of regulatory projects and product launches. - Identify and leverage generative AI tools to streamline workflows. - Analyze regulatory regimes and support regulatory deliverables and board materials. - Coordinate governance cycles for CBI-regulated entities. - Prepare executive reporting. - Oversee monitoring and reviews of outsourcing arrangements. - Measure provider performance and assist with third-party risk management policies. - Act as a point of contact for outsourcing queries. - Lead cross-functional working groups and support commercial and product teams. - Deliver strategic updates to executives and the board.

### Qualifications - 5–8 years in top-tier consulting, strategy, or operations leadership (financial services, fintech, or crypto preferred). - Proven experience leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives with commercial or regulatory focus. - Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks (EMRs, MiCAR, MiFID II, PSD2, AMLD5/6, DORA). - Strong grasp of business and financial models. - Deep experience in outsourcing oversight, vendor performance, and regulatory submissions. - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and executive communication skills. - Commercially astute and operates with a consulting mindset (structured, analytical, action-oriented). - Thrives in ambiguity, collaborative, low-ego, able to influence senior stakeholders. - Passionate about crypto, innovation, and responsible scaling in regulated environments.
