Job description
We are an international B2B aggregator of payment providers expanding our client acquisition team and seeking a specialist to fully take over the cold outreach process on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts simultaneously
- Automate outreach messages and connections
- Segment target audience, write and test message texts in English
- Collaborate closely with the sales department: pass warm leads, agree on qualification criteria, receive feedback on quality, and adjust outreach
- Set up and maintain automatic lead export to CRM
- Analyze the funnel
- Propose and implement scaling ideas
Requirements
- Experience in cold outreach via LinkedIn in international B2B markets, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments
- Proven cases of managing multiple accounts simultaneously with specific metrics on volumes, conversions, and cost per lead
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher is mandatory
- Analytical approach: ability to work with numbers, formulate hypotheses, test, and scale working connections
- Independence and ability to build processes from scratch without constant supervision
