Hello! We are creating a mobile RPG with an open world and deep social mechanics. Our project is a living digital city where players can build careers, acquire property, interact with others, earn, and choose their path—from law enforcer to street gang member.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance LiveOps features from concept to launch and post-analysis.
- Configure and operate LiveOps content and features through configs, tables, and admin tools.
- Balance progression, rewards, and economy within LiveOps.
- Analyze game metrics, form hypotheses, and implement improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Game Designer on free-to-play mobile projects.
- Practical experience with LiveOps.
- Experience as a Feature Owner.
- Experience with game analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Proficient with LO configuration tools (JSON, databases, etc.).
- Experience in task setting and collaboration with 2D/3D artists.
