Responsibilities
• Manage, develop, and hire a team of KYB Operations Analysts.
• Set individual and team KPIs; provide regular reporting on KYB Operations.
• Oversee the end-to-end KYB review process for all MoonPay products.
• Own QA frameworks for the KYB team; monitor output quality.
• Improve KYB operational workflows and documentation.
• Identify and propose improvements to tooling and workflows.
• Represent the KYB Ops team in cross-functional forums.
• Act as the day-to-day domain authority on KYB.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in KYB, KYC, or AML operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing or leading an operational team.
• Deep expertise in corporate KYB reviews and risk assessment.
• Strong process design skills.
• Data-driven decision-making; comfortable setting KPIs.
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams.
