Market Maker

We are looking for a skilled Market Maker for our crypto projects in Base, Ethereum, and Solana networks.

### Responsibilities - Develop buyback strategies for launches: volumes, timing, feasibility - Analyze competitor launches: what worked, what didn't, what can be repeated - Assess the feasibility of specific buybacks — when to enter, when to skip - Plan supply implementation: how and at what pace to release to the market - Provide input for software improvements — what to tweak for more effective launches - Calculate launch economics: entry, expected return, risks

### Requirements - Experience in token launches with specific proofs — what you launched, with what results - Deep understanding of launch mechanics on pump.fun / Base / EVM - Awareness: understanding what is currently trending and why - Ability to read on-chain data — wallets, flows, behavior of other teams and snipers - Understanding of tokenomics, vesting, supply distribution - Understanding of launch software — bundles, anti-snipe, execution — to set tasks for development
