Responsibilities

- Market making and OTC trading:
- Maintain bid/ask quotes for USDT/RUB, BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT in OTC channels;
- Ensure stable spreads and liquidity for corporate clients;
- Quickly adjust rates in response to market changes;
- Hedge positions through spot and futures markets of crypto exchanges;
- Manage currency risks and control open positions.
- Procurement and working with counterparties:
- Search for and attract new counterparties (OTC pools, exchanges, payment services, crypto exchanges);
- Negotiate procurement terms for USDT and other digital assets;
- Compare price offers, analyze fees and limits;
- Formulate purchase requests, control payments and deliveries;
- Monitor the fulfillment of obligations by counterparties.
- Analytics and reporting:
- Daily analysis of procurement and market making efficiency;
- Record spreads, transaction volumes, and realized profits;
- Prepare reports for management.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in OTC trading, market making, or crypto asset procurement;
- Understanding of the structure of the OTC market for USDT/RUB, liquidity channels;
- Experience working with counterparties: OTC pools, exchanges, payment systems, crypto exchanges;
- Negotiation skills and price agreement;
- Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment;
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for transaction analysis.
