Marketing and Advertising Manager

BasicDecor is a leading online store in Russia for home goods (lighting, decor items, furniture, electrical appliances, plumbing, and heating equipment).

• Full cycle of advertising: media planning; finding and interacting with bloggers and channel administrators; preparing, checking, and agreeing on contractual documentation; creating unique advertising texts, executing the full cycle of advertising labeling; collecting statistical data and analyzing results. • Searching and testing new hypotheses and connections. • Participating in the development of marketing strategy and creative sessions. • Immersing in the specifics of the direction. • Writing specifications for selling landing pages/articles based on the brief from the expert. • Interacting with the internal team (design, product, content).

• Experience in marketing for at least 1 year (middle/middle+). • Experience working with advertising channels (targeting/influencers, etc.). • Visual awareness (you can articulate which creative will work and which will not and why). • Basic analytical skills (ability to read numbers and draw conclusions). • Independence and ability to bring tasks to completion.

• Format: office + the possibility of 1 day remote work after the probation period. • Competitive salary fixed at 100,000 rubles net + KPI based on monthly plan performance discussed individually with the successful candidate. • Team: working in a marketing team (about 5 people) + contractors. • Stable business with a clear product and audience. • Interesting market: working with interior designers and the creative industry.
