### What You Need - 5+ years in crypto marketing — understand CT, current narrative, and approaches in the Solana ecosystem - Track record: projects with FDV $50M+ or audience 50k+, with cases and proofs - Network: Tier-1 projects, influencers, funds, and key players in Solana - Native/Advanced English: lead AMAs/Spaces, communicate with Tier-1 partners and investors - Management: set tasks, control execution, allocate resources - Resilience: maintain focus and stay connected when under pressure
