- Strong awareness and understanding of crypto/web3: key concepts (L1/L2, DeFi, perps, memes, airdrops, predictions, etc.), market attention mechanics, main players, and channels for disseminating news.
- Ability to write concisely and to the point (especially for Twitter/X) and adapt tone to format/audience.
- Ability to work in fast cycles: idea → preparation → launch → metrics → iteration.
- Independence: can take a task from scratch and bring it to completion, synchronizing with the team and contractors as needed.
