Job description
Our project is a large network of payment solutions across Latin America, Africa, and Arab countries, launching powerful projects and growing at a rapid pace.
Responsibilities
- Search and attract new partners (arbitration teams, projects)
- Generate and test hypotheses for attraction (TG, LinkedIn, forums, networking, etc.)
- Participate in product packaging and forming offers for different GEOs
- Analyze competitors and the market, find growth points
- Work closely with the product and payments team to scale volumes
Requirements
- Experience as a marketer in arbitration/payment/affiliate for at least 1 year
- Understanding of how the market works (partners, traffic, payment solutions)
- Skill in finding and closing partners
- Ability to quickly test hypotheses and scale working connections
- Self-organization and result orientation (money, volumes)

- Salary: from $1200 (fixed + % from attracted volumes)
- Rapid growth with the project (up to Head/BizDev/partner direction)
