Responsibilities
• Conduct an audit of the current marketing system: channels, funnels, conversions, and data;
• Segment a base of 50,000+ users and build attraction and reactivation mechanics;
• Refine the current marketing strategy;
• Launch direct attraction channels beyond the ambassador network;
• Establish a system of KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital / product / growth / performance marketing in B2C;
• Strong analytical expertise and ability to work with funnels, segments, and key metrics;
• Experience in launching and scaling attraction channels;
• Experience in improving conversion and managing results through data.
