Genspt is looking for a strong marketing specialist to build a lead generation system and transform marketing into a stable source of quality inbound leads (models and B2B).
Responsibilities
- Build and launch lead generation funnels from first contact to sales handover.
- Create lead magnets and set up auto funnels (bots, warming, touchpoint chains).
- Manage traffic (Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and optimize CAC.
- Conduct A/B testing of offers, creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
- Set up analytics (UTM, CRM, conversions, funnels, ROMI).
- Audit and develop channels, launch new traffic sources.
- Design user journeys and multi-touch chains.
- Package products: offers, cases, landing pages, presentations.
- Participate in launching and developing the B2B direction.
- Formulate marketing strategy and positioning.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather market insights.
- Prepare reports and work with metrics (leads, CAC, conversions).
- Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience focused on lead generation.
- Experience building funnels from scratch to results.
- Experience with paid and free traffic (Instagram, Telegram at least).
- Understanding of unit economics: work with CAC, LTV, ROMI.
- Experience with CRM and analytics (UTM, metrics, dashboards).
- Ability to build a content strategy.
- Experience in product packaging and market launch.
- Experience with auto funnels (chatbots, email marketing).
