Responsibilities
- Package properties and offers to ensure they sell
- Control traffic (Meta / Google / Telegram) with contractors
- Analyze the funnel: leads, conversions, growth points
- Monitor CRM, UTM, and data quality
- Coordinate content, launches, and marketing activities
Requirements
- Experience in real estate / investments / high-ticket segment
- Understanding of the funnel: lead → qualification → deal
- Ability to work with contractors and maintain control
- Proficient in numbers and digital metrics
- Ability to structure and achieve results
