Job description
We are DEM Team. For 7 years, we have been working with traffic, and for the last year, we have been actively scaling the Gambling direction on Facebook. We work with direct advertising, know how to generate volumes, and build a team without unnecessary bureaucracy and toxic micromanagement.
Responsibilities
• Launch and scale FB campaigns in Gambling.
• Analyze and optimize links for CPA / ROI / ROAS.
• Test new approaches, GEOs, creatives, and offers.
• Find working links and scale profitable ones.
• Provide briefs to designers for specific GEOs and approaches.
• Work with PWA / onelink / webview.
• Maintain analytics and reporting.
• Propose hypotheses and quickly test them.
Requirements
• Experience in Gambling FB for at least 6 months.
• Experience with PWA / iOS / Android.
• Spend from $30k–100k+ per month.
• Ability to work with anti-detects, trackers, and spy services.
• Understanding how to improve traffic quality and profitability.
• Availability of relevant cases from recent months.
• Systematic, initiative, and independent.
