Media Buyer | PPC & Native | iGaming (Blackhat)

We are building a small but highly effective team and are looking for a strong Media Buyer who will become a key player in the direction.

### Responsibilities - Scaling and optimizing PPC campaigns with large budgets (main focus), as well as working with Native sources and Facebook in the iGaming vertical. - Deep analysis of advertising campaign effectiveness, quickly disabling ineffective combinations and aggressively scaling profitable ones. - Independent development and testing of new creatives, funnels, strategies, and hypotheses. We need a person who not only launches traffic but generates ideas and finds new growth points. - Acting as a right-hand person in media buying: proactive participation in the development of the direction, searching for growth opportunities, and implementing own strategies without constant supervision and step-by-step instructions. - Maintaining simple and clear reporting on work results and key performance indicators.

### Requirements - Experience as a Media Buyer for 1.5–2 years. - Confident expertise in PPC, Native traffic, and Facebook. - Proven experience working with large budgets. It is important to be able to independently manage large volumes of traffic and make decisions without constant support. - Ability to quickly analyze data, make decisions, and work effectively in a dynamic blackhat environment. - Proficiency in Russian is mandatory. English will be an advantage. - Independence, initiative, and high responsibility for results. - Experience in iGaming or other blackhat verticals will be a big plus.
