Job description
We are looking for a versatile Media Buyer to manage cross-platform traffic for mobile apps and lead generation. Join us to influence product development rapidly.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Cross-platform buying: manage traffic in Google (UAC and search) and Meta - Dual front: work simultaneously with app installs under subscription and lead-gen under our offers - Creatives: generate and test combinations, quickly discard non-working ones, refine successful ones - Economics over CPI: keep CAC, ROAS, payback, trial-to-paid in mind, not just the top of the funnel - Scaling: grow working combinations in new geos and segments - Hypotheses: bring ideas yourself, don’t wait for ready briefs
Requirements
### Requirements - Real experience: independently managing paid traffic with verifiable numbers - Versatility: confidently work in both mobile UA and lead-gen, not just 'only Meta' or 'only UAC' - Analytics: think in cohorts and unit economics, not just daily CPL - Speed: hypothesis - test - conclusion - next, without monthly delays - Independence: you can set up a campaign by yourself and explain why exactly this way
