Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of BSA/AML and OFAC Risk Assessments.
- Develop and maintain FCC policies and procedures.
- Support the enhancement of BSA/AML models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve compliance tools.
- Develop management information reporting and dashboards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, compliance, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of OFAC regulations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
