- Manage complex calendars for multiple senior executives. - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. - Process and manage expense reports. - Provide general administrative support, including document management and correspondence. - Provide logistical support for team offsites and special events.

- Proven experience as an executive assistant to multiple C-level executives. - Strong proficiency in calendar management and travel coordination. - Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously. - Proficiency with Google Workspace and tools like Slack and Notion. - Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
