Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice for Anchorage Digital’s OTC principal trading entity.
- Guide spot, margin, derivatives, and API trading activities.
- Draft and review compliance manuals, policies, procedures, disclosures, and risk factors related to trading and lending activities.
- Review, draft, and negotiate trading, lending, and derivative contracts, including USDAs, Master Lending Agreements, Master Purchase and Sale Agreements, and Prime Brokerage agreements.
Requirements

- Highly organized with a bias for action and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
- Transactional experience in reviewing financial transaction agreements.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or early-stage company.
- Active membership in the state bar.
