Responsibilities
- Lead complex HR initiatives, such as global HRIS implementations.
- Contribute to significant cross-functional People Operations projects.
- Deliver tactical business targets within People Operations.
- Mentor junior teammates and improve collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency with Workday or Dayforce.
- Mastery of the entire employee lifecycle.
- In-depth knowledge of global immigration processes.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
