- Foster deep partnerships, transforming complex technical challenges into streamlined solutions.
- Guide clients through onboarding, tailored solution design, and provide expert technical support.
- Act as a bridge between clients, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Ensure offerings align with client needs and help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as consulting, product, technical account management, or client success, preferably within a tech or crypto environment.
- Strong desire to learn and develop technical expertise, particularly around APIs and complex system integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with clients.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to improve client outcomes.
- Experience or strong interest in crypto/blockchain technology.
