### Responsibilities - Design and deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI mockups, screens, and components for web platforms and digital products. - Lead the design of key marketing assets, including high-conversion landing pages, email templates, and brand websites. - Create all necessary visual content for digital campaigns, including advertisements, social media graphics, and promotional banners. - Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the Digital Design System and UI component library. - Stay ahead of the curve on the latest UI/UX trends, design technology, and digital design best practices. - Work closely with Product and Development teams during implementation to ensure the final product matches the approved design.

### Requirements - 8+ years of experience in web design and knowledge of UI/UX. - Ability to take ownership of the design process and articulate design decisions. - Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments. - Experience working alongside marketing, development, and product teams. - A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work. - Experience in designing for the tech industry.
