- 1.5–3 years of experience in iGaming Affiliate.
- Understanding of key metrics and traffic economics.
- Experience with hybrid / RevShare / CPA models.
- Strong analytical skills and independence.
- Manage and scale partners (SEO, streamers, Telegram, etc.).
- Monitor traffic efficiency (OAS, CPA, LTV, NGR).
- Stop ineffective campaigns and revise conditions.
- Work with analytics and PowerBI.
- Seek new partners and support deals.
