Middle Business Analyst

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in requirement gathering and analysis, understanding of HR processes, and proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.

### Requirements - At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, verifying, and agreeing on requirements. - Understanding of key HR processes: onboarding; employee training; personnel evaluation; internal recruiting. - Proficient in User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria. - Experience in describing business processes and working with BPMN at a basic level. - Skill in conducting interviews with non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. - A plus: Experience with HRM, LMS, or corporate Knowledge Base systems. - Experience in developing internal corporate products. - Understanding of a product approach to development.
