Job description
We are looking for a Middle Community Manager to own the community direction of client projects in the Roblox ecosystem, focusing on building an active community and engaging users.
Responsibilities

- Managing and developing social media channels: Instagram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter).
- Regular content and communication with the audience, increasing engagement (ER, retention, activity).
- Working with the audience: answering user questions, moderating and maintaining a healthy community, handling feedback and user pain points.
- Conducting CustDev and research: interviewing users, gathering insights on the product, identifying growth points for the product and marketing teams.
- Community activities: hosting live streams, events, launching challenges, contests, gaming activities, developing UGC and user engagement.
- Increasing activity within the community, working on retention through communication, creating a core of loyal users.
- Collaborating with the team: sharing insights with product and marketing, participating in launching new features and events, synchronizing with influence, paid, and CRM.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management + experience managing international social media + experience with gaming or digital products.
- Management of social media (Instagram, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, X).
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with the audience and conflicts.
- Conducting CustDev and interviews.
- Understanding of engagement and retention metrics.
- English language — level C1+.
- Love for games: at least 2 games from the list: GTA V, PUBG Mobile, Minecraft, ARC Raiders, Fortnite, Path of Exile (1/2).
