A rapidly growing iGaming project operating in the Latin American markets is currently looking for a Middle CRM Manager who understands the product, audience, and can influence key business metrics.
Responsibilities

- Launch and optimize CRM campaigns (email / push / in-app / SMS);
- Segment the database and work with various player clusters;
- Build automated communication chains (lifecycle);
- Work with trigger scenarios and personalization;
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and continuously improve metrics;
- Participate in building the CRM strategy.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a CRM Manager;
- Practical experience in the LATAM market;
- Ability to set up campaigns independently;
- Experience with CRM tools and automation;
- Technical literacy (segmentation, triggers, scenario logic);
- Spanish language is a big plus (B2+).
