Job description
We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in fintech, strong SQL skills, and programming knowledge in Python. Remote position available.
Responsibilities
• Organizing data collection and labeling processes for training AI agents.
• Developing labeling standards, quality control, and consistency.
• Preparing datasets: cleaning, normalization, deduplication, sampling.
• Analyzing AI agents' performance, diagnosing errors and their causes.
• Preparing reports and dashboards on key metrics.
• Improving datasets and quality check scenarios in collaboration with product and dev teams.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Experience with DWH in fintech.
• Proficient in SQL (preferably Oracle).
• Programming skills in Python, basic knowledge of Data Science.
• Understanding of architecture and principles of corporate DWH.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) is a plus.
• Flexibility and readiness to work outside standard approaches.
• Willingness to actively use AI tools in work.
