Job description
Cardo is an international car rental service without deposits. We are growing by 30% per month, working with Hertz and Europcar, and currently reorganizing our finance department.
Responsibilities
- Manage bank-client (international payments) and payroll.
- Process statements (around 2000 transactions/month) and reconcile receivables.
- Participate in the preparation of management reporting (PnL, CF, Balance).
- Automate processes: we have a budget for software and AI tools implementation and expect your suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance (international companies/banks).
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (scripts, macros, VLOOKUP).
- English B1+ (free correspondence, working with English interface).
- Willingness to dive into tasks hands-on at the start.
- Important: EU residency permit and living in Europe.
Conditions
- Salary: €2200 – €3000 net (tax compensation is negotiable).
- Format: Remote (Cyprus, 10:00 – 19:00).
