Looking for a Middle Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in FinTech/InsurTech and international projects. Remote position available.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the full BA lifecycle: identification → analysis → specification → validation → delivery support.
• Gather and structure business requirements, translating them into clear specifications.
• Break epics into full-length features and user stories with strict acceptance criteria.
• Model processes (BPMN, UML).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team in an Agile environment.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Proven experience in FinTech/InsurTech.
• Experience working on international projects (clients from the USA/EU).
• English B2+.
