Job description
We are looking for a Middle/Middle+ CX/UX Researcher with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods to join our team in Moscow.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (deep dives, usability tests, ethnography, surveys).
- Full cycle Discovery: from briefing to monitoring how results are implemented into the product.
- Create working artifacts: CJM, Service Blueprint, user portraits, personas.
- Facilitate workshops on design thinking and foresight sessions.
- Analyze trends and generate new product solutions.
- Present reports and insights to the team and clients.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in product interface research for at least 3 years (Middle/Middle+).
- Proficiency in tools: moderated/unmoderated tests, First Click Test, etc.
- Experience working within a product team, not on the agency side.
- Ability to advocate for the importance of research work and influence the backlog.
- Strong communication skills and proactivity.
- Experience in the B2B segment is a big plus.
