Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager with strong communication skills and a structured approach to manage complex projects.

• Experience in IT service companies is mandatory. • At least 3 years of project management experience, but relevant skills are more important than just numbers. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to navigate uncertainty, align expectations, and negotiate. • High level of organization and a structured approach to work. • Ability to bring order to complex, parallel processes and projects. • Confident use of project management tools and quick adaptation to new systems. • Technical background is a plus, especially experience with headless CMS or e-commerce platforms. • English: B2/C1 (there will be a lot of communication with clients in English).
