Seeking a Middle+ / Senior AI / LLM Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in Python, production ML/GenAI solutions, and high-load services. Remote position for candidates in Russia or Belarus.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience.
- Proficient in Python.
- Experience with production ML/GenAI solutions.
- Experience in developing high-load services.
- Practical experience with LLM API and understanding trade-offs.
- Experience in model quality evaluation.
- Experience in building evaluation pipelines and benchmarks.
- Familiarity with tools: DeepEval, LangFuse, MLflow, LangSmith.
- Understanding of LLM and agent-based systems.
- Knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph or equivalents.
- Approaches: function calling, structured output, context engineering.
- Experience with FastAPI, asyncio, API design.
- Vector databases: Milvus, Qdrant, FAISS, pgvector.
- Java knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of LLM architectures and training.
- Experience with open-source models.
