### Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in Fintech with credit lines.
- Understanding of key fintech processes: payments, transaction lifecycle, integration with external financial systems.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, PCI DSS) is a plus.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, analysis, and formalization techniques, with experience in prototyping and requirements management.
- Experience in writing clear and structured documentation (specifications, user stories, diagrams).
- Technical literacy: understanding of software architecture, client-server, and microservices systems.
- Principles of API (REST/JSON) operation, experience in describing and analyzing integrations.
- Basic skills in SQL and data analysis.
- Understanding of software development and implementation processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience in system analysis, ability to decompose complex tasks and find optimal solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively with business, development, and external partners.
- Independence, responsibility, and proactivity in work.
