Job description
We are looking for a Middle+ / Senior Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in BA/SA, strong communication skills, and understanding of SDLC.
Responsibilities
• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, AC).
• Conducting interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
• Modeling processes (Activity, Sequence diagrams).
• Defining functional and non-functional requirements (security, scalability).
• Close collaboration with Dev, QA, Design, and PM at all stages of the lifecycle.
Requirements
• Experience in BA/SA for at least 3 years.
• Ability to work with requirements in uncertain conditions.
• Understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• English: B2 and above (daily communication, meetings, documentation).
• Ability to ask the right questions and distinguish between 'need' and 'want'.
• A plus: Experience with ML/AI projects.
• Experience with legacy systems and in product companies.
• English level C1.
