We are looking for a Middle/Senior SMM Manager to develop and manage social media channels, create content, and analyze results. Remote position based in Tashkent.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Manage and develop social media: Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube (Facebook is a plus).
- Create content: content plans, posts, and activities.
- Localize content into Uzbek.
- Work with influencers: bloggers, micro-influencers, contests, and collaborations.
- Analyze results: metrics, social media analytics, CRM, and content effectiveness.
- Stages: Pre-screen → HR Interview → Final Interview → Security Check → Offer.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in SMM for at least 1 year.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
- Understanding of trends and the local market in Uzbekistan.
- Independence and initiative.
- Interest in sports/gaming topics is a plus.
