Midle/Senior Game Designer

Bix Team is developing WELTKRIEG 1: Firestorm, a mobile multiplayer shooter immersing players in the atmosphere of World War I.

- Design and develop core gameplay and key game systems (combat, classes, vehicles, progression) - Shape and systematically improve game balance and meta (weapons, classes, mechanics, economy) - Create and maintain clear and applicable design documentation (GDD, feature specs, flows) - Work with product analytics and make data-driven decisions (Retention, Session Time, Engagement) - Collaborate with the team to bring features from idea to implemented result - Influence product decisions and participate in shaping the long-term vision of the game - Act as an expert and enhance the quality of design decisions within the team

- 5+ years of experience as a game designer (preferably in multiplayer/shooter projects) - Strong experience in systems design and balance - Understanding of live-ops and post-release game development - Ability to work with metrics and interpret data - Experience creating clear, structured, and applicable documentation - Understanding of the limitations and specifics of mobile gaming - High level of responsibility for results and quality of decisions - Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and justify them - Systematic thinking and attention to detail - Experience working in a cross-functional team (developers, artists, producers)
