Spice IT is looking for a Migration Program Manager for 1C:ERP in Yekaterinburg. Manage project plans, coordinate IT departments, and ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities

- Comprehensive management of the project plan: coordination of IT departments and the Client, justification and defense of project solutions, preparation of expert opinions and consulting support at all stages.
- Operational management of resources and timelines: prioritization of tasks, planning team workload.
- Preparation of analytical reports and presentation of project status at IT committees.
- Full responsibility for the entire implementation cycle: from requirements gathering and design to commissioning and subsequent user certification.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Expertise in 1C: Deep knowledge of the architecture and capabilities of 1C:ERP / 1C:UH / ERP UH solutions.
- Business understanding: High level of competence in one or more subject areas (financial and management accounting, including treasury; operational accounting: sales, purchases; regulated accounting) to find optimal business task solutions.
- Project management: Confident knowledge and practical skills in project management.
- Process approach: Proficiency in modern standards for describing and modeling business processes.
