Job description
Skyro is a fintech company based in the Philippines. In 2026, we are actively developing several ML/AI directions:
- Fraud detection and client verification
- Credit scoring
- Multimodal work with images, audio, and video
- AI assistants for support, sales, and marketing
We build some solutions from scratch while using open-source, white-label, or commercial models (including OpenAI) for others. We choose the tool based on the task, not the other way around.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, debugging, and documenting ML solutions
- Working independently on tasks (individual contribution)
- Strict adherence to the plan: deadlines and quality are prioritized
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience (full-time, 8 hours)
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or investments is preferred
- Conversational English: B1–B2 (technical interview in English)
- Russian-speaking team, documentation in English
