- Practical experience in building AI/LLM systems: RAG, assistants, copilots, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, observability.
- Experience solving business problems through ML: churn, uplift, propensity, recommendations, next-best-action.
- Understanding of effect evaluation methods: A/B testing, holdout, uplift analysis, incremental impact.
- Experience in production monitoring of models: drift detection, data quality, training-serving skew, scoring stability.
- Ability to work at the intersection of product, marketing, analytics, and development.
- Practical experience with embeddings and vector databases.
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
