Job description
Aviasales is seeking an ML Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines, develop ML services, and deploy models.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data pipelines for the ML platform.
- Develop and support offline (batch) training and inference services for ML models.
- Deploy models to production, ensure stability and scalability, and develop monitoring systems.
- Analyze model quality.
- Collaborate with development and analytics teams for model integration.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering/ML.
- Proficient in SQL and Python, understanding of Lakehouse concepts.
- Experience with model building (linear/tree models, ensembles) for various tasks (regression, classification, clustering, time series, etc.).
- Skills in working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD (Jenkins), and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Willingness and ability to work in a team, share knowledge and experience.
