We work in React Native and care deeply about how the product feels, not just whether it functions. A trade confirmation should feel instantaneous. A portfolio should feel alive. - Own the craft layer of our React Native mobile experience. - Push React Native beyond its defaults. - Partner closely with product designers. - Establish animation primitives and interaction patterns within our design system. - Profile and optimise rendering performance. - Contribute to architectural decisions that affect UI responsiveness. - Mentor engineers on interaction quality.

- Deep, demonstrable experience building polished mobile interfaces in React Native. - Experience with Reanimated and gesture handlers. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Experience with React Native Skia and custom shader work. - Native platform knowledge (Swift/Kotlin) for bridging. - Background in or affinity for visual/motion design. - Experience in high-stakes product domains (fintech, health, trading).
