We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our affiliate team working in the Gambling / Performance Marketing vertical. You will work closely with Media Buyers and the Creative Team, test new creative approaches, and produce high-converting video creatives that help scale advertising campaigns across international GEOs.
Responsibilities

- **Creative Production**
Creation of video creatives for:
- Facebook Ads
- Gambling / Casino offers
- Sportsbook campaigns
- Affiliate marketing campaigns
- **Types of Creatives:**
- Slot creatives
- Casino creatives
- Sportsbook creatives
- UGC-style videos
- Gameplay creatives
- Promo videos
- **Daily Tasks:**
- Adapt creatives for different GEOs, offers, and platforms
- Develop new visual concepts for gambling campaigns
- Prepare multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and creative references
- Quickly implement edits and improvements based on team feedback
- Collaborate with Media Buyers and Creative Strategists to identify and test new winning approaches
Requirements
### Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer
- Experience in Gambling / Betting / Affiliate Marketing will be a strong advantage
Confident skills in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong animation and video editing skills
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Good visual taste and strong understanding of digital advertising trends
### Will Be a Plus:
- Experience with TikTok / Facebook creatives
- Understanding of affiliate marketing workflows
- Experience using AI tools for creative production
- Experience creating UGC-style creatives
- Experience working with international GEOs
